SFE has modernized its workplace safety framework, introducing a comprehensive and updated safety management system. As part of this initiative, the “Safety and Health Handbook” has been redesigned and published in both English and Hindi, aligning with our ISO 9001:2015 standards. Each site supervisor is provided with this handbook to read, implement, and reinforce SFE’s safety culture daily, while dedicated Safety Officers oversee adherence to statutory and field-level safety requirements.

For international projects, SFE ensures compliance with regional regulations by mandating certified safety training for its Safety Officers and engaging accredited safety and security partners. These teams collaborate with local authorities to establish project-specific safety protocols and maintain seamless regulatory compliance.
